Custom Features
Mattress and Bedding
Our aircraft mattresses are made from custom innovative memory foam that is designed for exceptional comfort and compact storage. All mattresses are covered with a high-thread-count, stain-resistant, cotton fabric. They are designed with a reinforced top-stitched inner cover and are made with a surged inner seam to ensure durability. The outer fitted cover is designed to be removed quickly and is machine washable. All mattress covers can be customized to match any decor.
Pillow Options
We offer custom memory foam contour pillows that include matching pillow cases in your choice of standard or king.
Custom Storage Bags
All storage bags are made from durable weather resistant Cordura fabric with strong webbing handles. They are designed to match chosen bedding with optional embroidery available. The embroidery options include tail number, initials, or company logo.
Custom Ship Sets
Ship Sets offered vary depending on aircraft and may include dual divan mattresses for a queen size berthable divan, single mattresses for berthable seating and club seating mattresses.
Flammability Certificate
Our mattresses have been burn tested in accordance with the requirements of FAR 25.853(c). This is the oil can burn test for installed seat cushions, and is the most stringent burn testing criteria for aircraft interior components. Our mattresses passed three consecutive burn tests, and we can provide supporting documentation upon request.
